We will work directly with vendors and agencies in procurement and sales of IT equipment, peripherals, electronics, automation systems, office furniture, and other devices upon request. Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
We handle everything from computer deployments, help desk ticketing resolutions, password resets, system cleanings & configurations, all the way to level 2 break/fix solutions, complex configurations, system backup and imaging, and software installation. These services can be performed onsite, remotely, and if possible, by an employee under the guidance of our expertise.
